Yes, each piece is handmade with care, and we make sure it matches the product photo as closely as possible. However, because of the natural materials and the handcrafted process, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur — this makes every piece truly unique.
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt. You can also log in to your account on our website and view all past orders and invoices under “My Orders.”
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us at handmade@winamzua.com before sending the item back, and we’ll guide you through the process. Custom-made products are not eligible for return.
Since our crafts are handmade in small batches, some designs may not be restocked once sold out. However, we often create similar styles or new versions inspired by popular items. If you’d like to know about restock dates, feel free to email us.
We currently ship across Ghana and offer international delivery on select items. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location, and details are shown at checkout before payment.
